Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Albertville

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Idalie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr angenehm, freundlich, zuvorkommend und regelt ohne große Probleme unsere Ankunft. Es lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben sofort gemerkt, dass Idalie ein Familienmensch ist. Da hat alles gestimmt: Babystuhl, Babywanne und Wickeltisch. Der Pool im Garten ist hervorragend. Wir hatten ganz viel Spaß und tolle Moment. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Céline et n'avons qu'un regret : c'est de ne pas y avoir séjourné plus longtemps. Une vraie maison très cocooning pour deux, avec tout le confort, un jardin et de quoi mettre nos vélos à l'abri. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

Le chalet était super en tout point !!! Très spacieux, vue incroyable depuis le salon et les chambres et environnement calme et reposant. La salle de bain dans chaque chambre est vraiment un plus surtout quand on vient avec des enfants. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un logement très propre et bien rangé ainsi qu’une literie de qualité. Super séjour 👍

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! Nous avons fait plusieurs location au sein d’Arêches, l’appartement RDC d’un chalet de Véronique est le plus spacieux réservé. Un beau jardin donnant sur la montagne. Trois belles chambres. Très adapté pour des enfants de 13 mois. Je recommande l’appartement de Véronique. Et Véronique est une hôtesse très calme et douce. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied de l’appartement (centre d’Arêches, départ randonnée).

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

A beautifully furnished and immaculately styled apartment - stunning! We were tired from driving so accessed the nearby supermarket (3 min drive or 15 min walk) for food and used the lovely kitchen to cook dinner. Then relaxed on the lounge with the huge TV. After a restful sleep in the comfortable bed, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace the next morning. A truly wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

This was paradise! We loved absolutely everything about the house, the location, the hosts, the welcome, the hikes. The house has everything we wished more, the kitchen is well equipped, far beyond any other house we ever rented. The decoration is in such a good taste, gives a feeling of peaceful home. The view is incredible. All the details are carefully considered and well communicated. We rested, hiked, ate, read, slept, - all in the quiet home in the mountains. Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Hôte très sympathique, disponible et réactif. La vue depuis la maison est incroyable. Elle est très agréable et confortable. Le petit hameau voisin est charmant et paisible. C'est juste à côté de la Grave et du Chazelet et pas très loin en voiture des Deux Alpes et de Serre Chevalier. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pas seulement la propriété est belle et très bien aménagée, avec une vue de la vallée magnifique, mais en plus Anisse est très attentif et serviable pour répondre aux différentes questions et demandes des locataires. Merci Anisse pour une excellente expérience chez vous !
