Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Quiet location on the outskirts

Kitzingen is a medieval town on the Main with many excursion destinations. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The city is within walking distance and shopping is around the corner. I have a female dog who is in the garden from time to time. If you don't let her bother you, you are welcome to use my garden to relax.
