we had a great experience here, the house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, there was no noise at night while trying to sleep. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee station in the kitchen area is a great touch. All in all we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property for a family visiting the area.

This house was wonderful for our party of 6, but it would easily accommodate up to 8. Not only are there a queen, 2 douple and 2 twin beds, but the living room is large and will seat 9 people. The two tables will seat 10 people. In addition to the full bath on the first floor, there is another bathroom with shower in the basement. We didn't use them but having a washer and dryer would be handy for longer stays. The views from the living room and kitchen are lovely and we regularly saw deer. The location was fairly convenient for us to spend time with our son's family in Wells and it was lovely. Our party consisted of adults, but this would be a nice location for families with children. The roomy 2 car garage is an asset in inclement weather. Will be staying here again if it is available for future family trips.

We had the best stay! There was plenty of space to move around and was great for our friend’s reunion! There is everything you would need or want! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows! Check in/out was very easy! Loved being able to use the garage to spend some time while it rained! We had everything we needed and could have wanted!

The cottage and surrounding property is absolutely beautiful. The hosts have wonderful taste and provided tons of thoughtful amenities and homey touches. I was especially grateful for the well-stocked kitchen, the ample cooking supplies, lots of towels, blankets and all the relaxing and fun outdoor spaces. It’s so private and peaceful and yet only 5-10 minutes to town. We were so impressed! Wonderful hosts and a dreamy getaway.

Perfect location close to downtown but still in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is even more charming than it looks in the pictures! it was the perfect spot for our girl's weekend!

Jeanne´s house was very spacious, super tidy, with all ameneties expected and really charming. We are a family of 5 and we immediately felt at home at this house. We enjoyed a lot and even in winter the house was very warm.

Amazing home and stay. The house felt like a home to us, had plenty of towels, and back up supplies and house hold essentials. The kids enjoyed downstairs and the loft room. The location on the lake is perfect. Kelly was responsive, pleasant and a great host.

I would definitely recommend this for a single or a couples stay. The location was very close to the lake, close to amenities and felt safe (as a single female). Was perfect for me as I was bike riding most of the weekend and close to the bike trails. Thank you Justin for being a great host!

My son and I stayed with Ken and Sharon while receiving services at Mayo Clinic - and their place was ideal for our needs! Close enough to walk or a quick 7 minute drive. The location was central to great restaurants, stores, and parks. We really appreciated having more space to live in than a hotel offers. The apartment had everything we needed, was sparkling clean, and well appointed. Sharon responded to messages quickly, positively and accomodated a couple of requests we had. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay there again. PS: gorgeous yard and landscaping!

Our stay at Sarah’s apartment was amazing! We especially loved the large porch and spent more time out there than we thought we would. The spunky decoration, multiple sleeping options and closeness were exactly what we needed for a bachelorette party! So grateful because there are not many options for an Airbnb in this part of the state.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed long-term for work and we had no issues at all. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated nicely and is in a great location! Heidi truly went above and beyond for us! She is such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this townhome! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Iowa. Wonderful place to stay! Perfectly clean and friendly environment, and easy to follow the instructions. Just a couple minutes to get to Mayo Clinic and downtown with many options for entertainment and dining. Will be staying here again!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

We were in need of an extended stay in Rochester for a stem cell transplant. The procedures were grueling and we needed a place that felt homey and comfortable for recovering. We certainly found everything we needed and more with this space. I was so grateful they were dog-friendly because having my fur babies visit me on the weekends was invaluable to my healing and recovery. We were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

This was a very pleasant Airbnb!! It had everything you could have needed! The garage was a plus! Although you had bikes we could use, we brought our own and could store them when we weren’t using them. The grill was nice to have access too as well!! We will definitely stay again!

The view was wonderful and right on the lake. We enjoyed the deck and walking out on the dock. Paxton was responsive and the beds were comfortable!

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the linen is of good quality. It is in the back of the building, facing the parking lot and away from street noise. Most importantly, it is about five minutes walk from the Mayo clinic and downtown restaurants. On the minus side: The kitchen sink is minuscule, equipped with a bathroom type faucet that makes it difficult to wash even dishes, let alone pans; the shared washer and dryer are often busy, because the cleaning crew uses them as well. That said, it was a good value overall.

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. We were looking for a place to stay as a family of 4 visiting the city and exploring local parks. Everything we explored was well within 20 minutes of this place. Our two boys (5 and 3) had a blast. This space is very accommodating for families. There were kids toys and books as well as outdoor toys/balls for our boys to play with. Grown ups enjoyed sitting on the deck after the kids went to bed soaking up the nature scenery. Jeanne’s cat Benny would greet us outside as we came and went. He certainly was a highlight of our trip and was so sweet. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great, just what we needed for our stay at Mayo

Easy communication, beautiful patio and view especially when I had to be around during nap times or early bedtimes - I loved sitting on the patio!

This place was right on the water! It was perfect for a little get away. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Comfortable furniture. We loved it!
