Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area.

PLEASE NOTE: The living room heating unit becomes HOT when in use and creates an environment not for crawling age to 3 to 4 yrs. NO SMOKING NO PETS on property - we do have a well behaved Aussie Doodle upstairs.
