You can easily walk to the stadium in just a few minutes, or enjoy any of the events that the Laramie area has to offer throughout the year.

Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. A/C is seasonal. Parking is free street parking around the area.

You will have access to the entire condo with a work desk in one of the bedrooms. Bright and fresh with well stocked cookware and gadgets. 2 reserved parking spots and outdoor picnic table. Stairs are required to access the condo.
