We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful. There was plenty of space for us and everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, the bathrooms had soaps and towels, and the rooms had extra beds and linens. There is only one tv, so be prepared to disconnect and spend some time with your loved ones! We spent most of our time enjoying the view from the backyard and pool! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We loved staying at this quiet paradise! Aaron was very friendly and hospitable. He has a lovely pool, garden, and fire pit, but nothing was more amazing than the view of the mountains from the backyard!

We cannot say enough great things about this house… it was perfect in every way! Pristinely clean! So much to do! Pool, ping pong, karaoke, billiards! Great sitting areas for socializing. Our only regret was that we didn’t book it for longer! Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future! Thank you so much Kayce and your team!

Mohini was very helpful and catered to all of our requests. She was always available throughout our stay. The home was very clean. The little extra touches made us feel right at home, from having lotions, toothpastes extra tooth brushes and the little things we forgot. The home was very spacious and allowed us to be together or have time alone. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

This house is fantastic and I would recommend this to anyone in the area. It has a beautiful interior, along with great facilities and a spacious outdoor area and drive way. Joseph, is a wonderful person who cares deeply about his guests, and works hard to ensure that everyone has a great stay. The house was spotless when we checked in, and is in great condition. The house keeper was also very responsive to any requests we had. Overall it was a great stay, and we would definitely book again!

Perfect rural escape for a family, in close proximity to Windham/Hunter and the capital region. Home was clean and exactly as described. Cedar hot tub is a nice addition!

Thomas was extremely responsive. He assisted with last minute changes and made our stay extremely accommodating. The home was beautiful and large enough to make sure everyone from our group had a private space. We will be returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for the four of us. Very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood and well kept home.

This historic home is very clean, tastefully decorated, and has comfy beds. Another plus is the shower has plenty of warm water. The half bath downstairs has a nice washer and dryer. There were plenty of clean towels and blankets during our stay. I loved the location, as it is a safe neighborhood to walk around. Less than a quarter mile, there is a historic church with a beautiful garden. There is also a nice park on the river just down the side street. Many great places to eat within are within a few miles radius. Some we liked were Katie O'Byrnes, The Ritz on Union (good Italian food), Druther's Brewing Co, and the Iron Gate Cafe. Arthur's Market, directly across the street, is a nice place to get coffee, tea, baked goods, salads, and quiche. Although there is a little neighborhood traffic on front facing street, it is fairly quiet and relaxing at this location.

Where do I begin with how incredible this place is for spending time with loved ones! This house sits beautifully on top of a hill, with complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle. The scenic views from the patio are breathtaking, complemented by a very well-maintained garden and beautiful landscaping. There are lovely areas for peaceful walks throughout the property. This place looks even better in person – beautifully decorated with gorgeous and comfortable furniture throughout. Everyone had the most restful sleep, and even the bathroom chairs were a wonderful touch. Michael and Francis were extremely communicative and accommodating. The fully equipped kitchen is also a huge plus. We would absolutely come back!

Great location and clean simply furnished house! Not a lot of “extras” but comfortable bed and clean! On a nice corner lot and loved the windows. The bay window in the front room makes it cozy. Had a few different issues which the host remedied quickly! (Thank you!) Great place to stay while working in the area. Cute family owned pizza place across the street which was a convenient plus. We would stay here again!

Third year at this home! We stay for almost 2 months each year and couldn’t be happier with the home-the area-and the super responsive host! There are so many homes to chose from, we are so happy with this one! We have even shopped for the home and left items behind for others to use. We feel right at home here. Great restaurants very close, you can not go wrong here!

this is second time staying at this house on Caroline. it is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. the house is decorated beautifully and has a feeling of home!! will probably stay here again in future. highly recommend

The house was very well equipped and perfect for many guest. The yard and the river were fantastic and down in town there were several great restaurants.

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

James is great to deal with, the property is perfect to do what you need to do while in Troy, Ny and have a nice clean safe place to stay!!!

I stayed at David’s place as part of a research visit at UAlbany. Super convenient location for that. I had two separate bookings at David’s place due to some traveling while in Albany - both stays were equally great. 5-star Airbnb with everything you need and 5-star host who will do everything to help and make your stay as great as possible. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s home during Christmas week. Me, my mom and Scarlett the dog visited Troy to see my brother and his wife. We felt at home in Brenda’s home. It was comfy and cozy. So many thoughtful amenities were left for us. There was no shortage of blankets and pillows which was great being it was freezing outside. The neighbors were friendly and her husband showed up to shovel snow and put down salt. The house was immaculate. As people who own a cleaning service this was very important to us. The house was on a dead and street so it was quiet. The location was great and we were able to get to all areas of Troy by car easily. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

This house was a great fit for our needs! While on vacation this was our home away from home. We had great night sleeps. Simple meals were easily prepared. The home provided space to rejuvenate before heading out to our next adventure.

This was a delightful experience. Private & serene location with lots of wildlife each day to experience right on the bucolic property. The house is stocked with everything necessary to cook and the space is perfect for comfortable dining indoors and out. No detail missed. We used the “four ingredient” cookbook that was one of several cookbooks available to come up with side dishes and salads that remarkably only needed four ingredients to be delicious! 🤩 The house is beautiful. The wide plank pine floors and incredible banister post were worth the stay! We love old houses. We appreciate the details that went into creating that home and felt blessed to be able to share the experience that was so clearly created with love! So many little details, nothing was missing. Great quality soaps. Ample pantry items. Ample necessities like toilet paper and towels. Coffee. This is even more appreciated when one is a bit more remote and in an unfamiliar location. Loved the hot tub. Responsive host

The Other White House was the perfect place for our gathering of friends. The kitchen and pantry had everything we could have needed. The living room was cozy and well-lit, everything was clean, and the place was very well kept. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
