Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Bath room shared, spotless: claw foot tub, shower spray handle. Enjoy view of Schodack Island State Park/3 mikes up the road - wildlife preserve. Use my home as a base to explore.

Budget-friendly and clean place with a 1 Double bed for long term guests with many other room types! We are in Latham, near Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Rensselaer East Greenbush area! Albany airport, -Amtrak Train Station. We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices.
