We spent two weeks at the beginning of July. The house is simply fantastic. Solitaire on a small hill a few 100 meters from the sea, surrounded by a real small park, it enjoys an absolutely pleasant breeze in the summer heat. The rooms are spacious, ventilated and sunny; the balconies, two finished with beautiful themed mosaics (Il Gran Sasso towards the west and the Torre di Cerrano towards the east) increase even more the already remarkable size and give unique moments of relaxation. As if this were not enough, the host is unique in its discreet presence; tips, suggestions but also simple chats about the most diverse times add magical touch to the days. Together with my wife and daughter, I am a team that does everything and can fully make the guest feel comfortable. What else can I say? When you arrive in this corner of Paradiso you already know that the restart will be painful and sad but you are also sure that you will spend days that you will forever have in the gallery of your best memories. Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.
An above-ground swimming pool is featured in a well-maintained area with a patio. Shade is provided by large white awnings, and light reflects off the clear blue water. The house is visible in the background, equipped with wooden shutters and surrounded by greenery.

We were two families and had a great time. Very large house with large outdoor spaces, very comfortable barbecue area and finally a large swimming pool overlooking the valley. Great location 15 minutes from the sea. Highly recommended

Amazing location, very spacious spaces. Great for families with kids in tow. The photos probably don't make it enough. Really TOP, including the price and the owners are always available and kind. A few extra lights in the garden would be the icing on the cake.
