Our villa, having 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have A/C and basement room is naturally super chill since it is underground level. Great view of sea and green, pleasant garden use, a large pool, gym, play area, an open kitchen in the garden with BBQ and all needed equipments.

It’s a 5 min walk to the famous Ilica Beach and 15 min walk to Alacati Town with great restaurants, cafes, nightlife, designer shops! Everything is newly renovated, it’s a very bright house with a lot of sunlight coming in and you will love the relaxing feeling of seeing the private pool and banana trees right in front of the house.
