There is a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. It offers a central, comfortable, and peaceful Alaçatı vacation with a dining table on the private veranda of each house and sun loungers in the garden. ☀️🏡🌴

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

You can walk to restaurants and markets from our street, which has no parking problems. Our house, which is located on a corner, overlooks the park from a street. You can enjoy your holiday while drinking your coffee on our patio by the pool with the chirping of birds.
