My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

best place to chill staying for one day we manage to enjoy it so much not just the pool but the scenery as well.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning works well and we had a good night’s sleep. We were able to relax in the tub filled with hot water. Our tummies were full from the meals we cooked in the kitchen. The place looks exactly as the photos and our expectations were met. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

Overall, I like the place. It was actually aesthetic. The photos she chose to post here aren't nice but the photos I took while staying there were great. I don't know where the restaurants are located. Maybe because it was too late when I came out. There's free water to drink so it's great. There's also free shampoo and conditioner. The host is responsive. I like the lightings. There's also a fridge and may laman sya. Baka binibenta n host. I'm not sure 😅

Denise was very professional and very responsive, though the unit was small, the interior design and furniture arrangememt made it feel spacious, wish there is a tv in one of the rooms though, unit was complete with everything you need

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

Very nice place! An upgrade on the bed and wifi speed will make it a perfect place to stay at the area! Other than that, its NICE!

Perfect place to stay at for someone who's visiting South for Wanderland, like me. It's literally a few walks away from Molito and ATC. Did not have any problem with checking in/out. Host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely consider booking again for my next concert/music fest around Alabang! 💯
