I was delighted with the impeccable organization of the studio. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the furniture is all new, in good condition and the whole apartment is well-planned and harmonious. Large TV and fast internet. Ashraf was always online to help with Wi-Fi or self-check in, and he was very patient with my late check-in request. I'll be back when I need to travel to Cairo for sure.

I recommend this place to everyone! The house is spacious, clean and have a unique touch of decoration. The kitchen has what we needed to help ourselves. The rooms have AC and comfortable beds. Two bathrooms was a plus. The house is safe and secure, a security guard is working 24/7. He is very kind and helpful. We found delicious food restaurant and bakery not far from the house with européen, Us & Egyptian specialty.. I recommend « little Italy restaurant » for pizza & pasta! « La poire » for pastry declicious Dubai Chocolate and variety of sweets. Also very easy to order food delivered with Talabat or a Uber driver to go to visit the city. shopping store are not far and we found everything we needed. For Muslims travelers you are between a masjid and a Maktaba the dream spot!!! My family and I had a good time, and are very grateful to stay at Ziad apartment!!! We will come back again

Very friendly host, good location everything you need walking distance, lovely clean flat you feel home straightaway, helpful people at the reception downstairs, almost excellent. The only negative point nosy cat leave her poo on the staircase but was reported to the reception they come and clean it. The value for money. We really enjoyed our stay in Cairo, it coming back to the same location it would be my choice again.

Place was really clean. Very quiet and comfortable. Very good and responsive host. Area is very nice. Bathroom amenities were there as well as kitchen utensils and in a clean and good condition. I have already booked my second and third stay at the same flat.
