I stayed in this apartment and it was a special experience by all standards! The apartment is very clean, tidy, and has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay, just like at home. The staff are very respectful and cooperative, quick to respond to requests in a sophisticated and professional manner. I would like to thank the employee Mehyar, who was extremely cooperative, always smiling, and helped me with all professionalism and courtesy. His presence added a distinctive character to my experience, and he was keen on my comfort from the moment of arrival until departure. The location is ideal, as everything you need is close to you; restaurants, shops, and transportation. I highly recommend staying here, and it will definitely be my first choice when I visit Dubai next time.

I want to thank the team, Mohammed in particular, for being accommodating, responsive and welcoming. They made my stay very comfortable and seamless, which was great. My family and I were able to live in ease, and the amenities were great and convenient. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dubai- one of the best in JVC!

Laurie was a lovely host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat, the amenities in the building, instructions for devices in the house. it was very thorough. The flat itself is quite spacious amd is in a very good location in Business Bay. The balcony in the living room overlooks a horse training course and one of the windows in the bedrpom has partial views of the canal. All in all, a great experience.

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

My initial stay here was such a blast that i couldn’t help myself but extend my stay a couple more days. Great apartment all around.

My hosts were definitely super hosts. They thought of all then possible needs of whoever would stay at their place. The place itself was well kept and was just perfect for me. I would highly recommend the host and apartment.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!
