Monthly Rentals in Al Barsha

Great value for money, good breakfast, room faithful to the photos except perhaps the shower which was less modern in real life than it seemed to be in the photo. I recommend it though.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The self check-in and check-out process was super easy with the smart lock. The space was bright, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in a perfect location—just near the entrance/exit of JVC and within walking distance to Circle Mall and all the main spots in the area. The host was very friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 6 months. The host was excellent, occasionally I needed a bit of support and they always responded very quickly and got things sorted. Nice apartment as per the pictures, it’s perfect for both a short and long term stay. The building itself is very nice, staff are always kind and the pool and garden area is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen in Dubai (despite it being an older building)! The area is good, and is an excellent location, the traffic is low and you can get to most areas of Dubai within 30mins.
