The apartment was renovated by my architect friend. Everything is brand new and comfortable. It has a magnificent sea view. Within walking distance to the sea and Turunç. There are two large rooms (2 double beds), a sofa bed for 2 in the living room and a sofa bed for 2 on the patio. A total of 8 people can stay. There is a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. There's Wi-Fi and Tivibu. Each room has a TV. The air conditioners are brand new. It's a super cozy place.

This Cozy 2+1 is located in center of Marmaris. In the house there are all you need. Coffee machine, teapot, microvawe oven, WM, dishwasher, two TV sets etc. All the rooms has air conditioner. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
