Great accommodation. We went there for a weekend by the sea. And we had a great time there. Well located accommodation with the beach right next door, the market is a 10 min walk.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Family trip, accompanied by our 2 dogs. Welcoming and warm hosts. Water bottles in the fridge and a brioche were waiting for us in the accommodation. What a delicate touch. Clean and pleasant apartment. Quiet, peaceful location, where you can hear nature. My dogs loved the terrace and the environment. Downtown is within easy walking distance. Nice village. I would recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

Excellent stay, too bad we only stayed 4 nights but we hope to return on a future getaway. Fabrice is very responsive, as soon as you ask him for information (walk, restaurant, etc.) he responds immediately. Her house is very well decorated and practical, you could stay there all year round, plus it's very close to the ocean.

Perfect cottage for a few days for families or groups of friends. Very well equipped, there is everything you need. The spaces are well distributed. The wellness space was greatly appreciated. The game room in the garage too. The bedding is comfortable. The space is clean. You can go there without hesitation

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. David is a very welcoming host, he welcomes you personally and it changes everything, especially with kindness. The area where the 2 cottages are located is really very nice and very well maintained. Trees, flowers, greenery as far as the eye can see. Not to mention horses and chickens. 2 minutes from the supermarket, in Challans and its city center and its covered market, 20 minutes from the huge beach of St Jean de Mont, St Gilles-Croix-de-vie, in short ideal location without forgetting the swimming pool and the Spa on site to share if the cottage next door is occupied but we were lucky to be alone to occupy the area. Private parking on premises. Very clean and spacious cottage, just downside the sofa is moderately comfortable to sleep on but the bed has very comfortable bedding.

We had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the handover of the keys on departure.

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean with everything you need available. Very good communication with Marie-Claude, and very well hosted by Sylvie on site, very smiling and pleasant! The plus with private parking is really ideal On foot, in 15 minutes, you can easily get to the beach and the city center. The port is a little further away at 25 min! I would 100% recommend this listing 😊
