Independent apartment within a family home, renovated in 2023. At the entrance to the Maurienne on the hill of Aiton, you will have quick access to other mountain ranges. First ski resort 45 minutes away with Saint Francois Longchamps (wide choice of ski resort 1 hour drive away). Very nice walks with views around and longer hikes quickly accessible by car (Grand Arc, Belledonne, Bauges...) Sunny location overlooking the Lauzière and Chartreuse mountain ranges.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory).
