The Old Croft House, Ardhasaig, Harris HS3 3AJ

ToshikoRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage is such a lovely wee gem. It's in a really quietl location but also close enough to the main road of Harris. So if you have a lot of activities planned, it's easy to go around the island. Christian is a really responsive, helpful and kind owner as well. Highly recommend.
A bottle of Hart Brothers Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky is presented alongside a glass, set on a rustic surface. In the background, serene waters reflect the surrounding earthy hills, with patches of green and yellow grass adding to the natural scenery.

Blackhouse Bothies - Seaspray Bothy

TinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The view was absolutely breathtaking and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was large and comfortable, with a spacious duvet that made it feel even cozier. We made use of the fireplace, but the room was warm enough even without it. Cooking outdoors was a great experience and turned out really well. The hosts were always available and communicative, which made planning smooth for both sides. They warmly welcomed every guest, making us feel right at home.

Calum’s croft is charming and quaint and we found it to be the perfect mix between modern and original. The views were incredible from every window and it was incredibly peaceful. Every detail has been considered and provided for. Calum was an exceptional host and was very proactive with his communication. We encountered some ferry issues and he was very accommodating and reassuring. The record player was a fun touch to have while we enjoyed a fire. We would have loved to know more about Calum’s grandfather and the working croft but we did really enjoy the old photos in the library. If the stars align, we would absolutely love to come back!

My friend and I loved this place! Super spacious and super cute. It was nice having a space separate from the host’s. Very clean and had everything we needed for a couple days on the Isle of Lewis. Beautiful views from the windows. Margaret was super friendly and even left us fresh eggs from her chickens. Would stay again!!

The View, Isle of Lewis Lodges (Ebba, lodge 1)

CarlRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A really wonderful base for exploring Lewis. The lodge is everyth9ing you want from Scandinavian design: simple, beautiful, comfortable, cozy and functional. It has everything you need for cooking and hanging out. The views out the front are absolutely breathtaking. Jenny was the perfect host: knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. When we thought we'd left something behind she leapt into action with exemplary good grace and humour. Thank you, Jenny! We loved staying in the lodge and would return there in a heartbeat!

The Stables Cabin

Everything you need is provided in the cabin. Very comfortable and a lovely place to stay. As described it is situated in a riding stable setting. Totally fine for us as this added to the authenticity of Skye.
