Karyen is an outstanding host, and her place is in an unbeatable location! Our favorite coffee shop, Be Angles, and Powehouse Fitness gym are in the complex, along with the supermarket, the best chicken rice shop, and many other stores. Additionally, the beach and numerous hawker centers are within walking distance, offering a variety of dining and leisure options. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Karyen's attentive hospitality and the prime location made this the best place we've ever stayed. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Amazing place! Having it situated near to the town area and tourist spots allowed better mobility during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and accomodating to a group of 6 or more people. 2 parking lots was the add on bonus to this stay as that is convenient when travelling in a big group.

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.
