The place is located at the Marina in Penang - a nice spot of its own with restaurants, entertainment and a small mall. The apartment is equipped and suitable for short term and outgoing guests enjoying a marina lifestyle with waterfront, bars and restaurants. The place has a spacious balcony to enjoy the view over the marina site and its strolling visitors. Some construction work has started for creating an additional island across the marina with a slight visual impact on the view from the apartment.

The unit was superb with spacious rooms and also private tub. My kids really enjoyed it.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

Nice place with great view. Near to town and walkable distance to convenience store. Room are clean and welcoming especially to children.

it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. We took a trip to Penang for a week. We enjoyed our stay here, surrounded with a lot of convenient eateries around us. The unit we stay was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay there for the week. Host was also very responsive during our stay there despite that we had to ask some stuffs during the midnight, they answered and helped us even though it was midnight.

We had an overall great experience staying at the Batu Ferringhi apartment in Penang. The apartment was clean, spacious, and came with a beautiful sea view that made our stay truly relaxing. The location was also perfect , close to the beach and local eateries. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. However, we did notice that the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Other than that, everything else was lovely and we would definitely consider returning!

Absolutely loved this place! The view alone made everything well worth it. Watched sunrise and sunset in the comfort of our own space. The street lights at night were so beautiful. The stay was super comfortable as well. Place was spotless and neat. Lots of good food nearly as well. The only I wish we had but didn’t was either a washer or a laundromat on site.

Located in best part of beach in batu ferringhi area. Direct access through a secure gate. Infinity pool was perfect for afternoon after a long hike in close by national park. Access to Georgetown very easy with scenic bus ride , the stop is right in front of condo. The building seems to be the newest and cleanest property in area. Good amenities.

I had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean and surrounding area. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Clean and nice place. Everything matched the photos. Jack is very responsive and friendly. He cares about the well-being of his tenants. Easy entry with the box provided and the instructions given. Everything is at the bottom of the residence (bars, restaurants, supermarkets...)
