Beautiful, fully equipped maisonette in an old farmhouse, 10 mn from Luxeuil les Bains. Downstairs a nice living room, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs a lovely bedroom, with a quality bed (180x210cm) and a bathroom. All windows have a stunning view over the countryside. From the terrace you can watch the cows, deer and buzzards. Warm house recently renovated and fully equipped with free parking on site. It is located in the heart of the Haute-Saône, on the plateau of a thousand ponds. Quiet and pleasant setting, presence of a pond on the property as well as horses and a dog. There are many possibilities for you: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, cultural sites, museums, rural heritage... and all this surrounded by meadows and forests interspersed with bodies of water.
