Fantastic accommodation. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending to any discerning couple. Beautifully furnished and decorated, everything high quality, lovely linen, towels, crockery etc. The most comfortable bed, we had a wonderful nights rest. Thoughtful touches, such as the welcome note and recommendations on local walks and eateries were very helpful and we enjoyed a short evening stroll followed by a fantastic meal at a local pub, where the locals were very friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer. My hubby was drying some dishes and commented that he considered this to be the best bnb we had stayed in and that everything, including the tea towel, was quality. 😉👍❤️

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were excellent, the kitchen so perfectly stocked. The welcome gift was a pure delight and really made us feel so welcome to this home. Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

Lovely spacious place with everything we needed and comfy beds! Very friendly hosts, we met both the parents, their lovely little boys and their gorgeous doggy. The area is really nice, so peaceful and we had a lovely meal at the Angel pub just down the road. Nice countryside for walks, and there's a playground nearby for children. The back garden of the Airbnb has loads of fabulous things for children to play on as well.
