The 40 m2 house is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and lounge area, and a bedroom for 2 people (double bed) and adjoining shower room, as well as a 6 m2 terrace. Ideally located, in the center of Aigues-Mortes, inside the ramparts, our 40 m2 apartment can accommodate 2 people. On the 1st floor of a small 2-story building in a very quiet cul-de-sac, we have completely refurbished it. It consists of a large bright room comprising the living/dining room/fully equipped open-plan kitchen; overlooking a small balcony. At the end of the hallway, a large bedroom (160 double bed), shower room and separate toilet.

Bedroom: 1 large bed 160cm x 200cm, shower/WC Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic plate, microwave oven, coffee maker (SENSEO), kettle, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, Internet (free WiFi connection). Located in the BOUCANET district, 1 km from the GRAU DU ROI center, 250 m to the sea.

Quiet, very sunny and air-conditioned, it offers a very nice unobstructed view of Place de la Viguerie and the Chapelle des Pénitents Gris.

Apartment located in private residence, with parking space. Amenities: washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, sheets and towels provided and a sofa bed. Equipped with an air conditioning as well as a balcony. The vistre is on the edge of the residence and the apartment is located 5 minutes from the ramparts. After experiencing some problems with pets we decided to refuse them.
