The Penkenbahn valley station can be reached in just a 3-minute walk – perfect for an easy start to the ski day. A bakery is right next door, and the lively main street with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops is also just a 2-minute walk away. The ideal place for couples who appreciate comfort, short distances and alpine flair.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
