The house is located in the incredible SANTA BARBARA RESORT RESIDENCE development. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 en-suites), not including Bed Linens/Towels Refined and spacious finish. Gourmet area with barbecue and granite countertop. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family! Sleeps up to 8 people in beds.

Beautiful and spacious house for up to 11 people, well lit and airy, for those seeking tranquility, safety and comfort in the interior of SP in one of the best condominiums in the region. ******The back area, where the pool is located, has been fenced off so that guests can rest easy when leaving their pets at ease. Note: we put the fence up recently and don't have the updated photos yet.

Cozy, airy, clean and organized house. Gisele is wonderful, super attentive and was always available. The condominium is an excellent place for those who want to rest and enjoy nature.

An outdoor area features a rectangular pool surrounded by a manicured lawn. Several lounge chairs are positioned under a brown umbrella, providing shade. The sky is bright with fluffy clouds above, and green landscape surrounds the property.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, corresponding to what was announced. The rooms have new and air-conditioned mattresses. Toilets are large and showers are great. We have wonderful days!!!

We were very well received by Mr. Pedro. He showed us the sightseeing spots and helped us get into the club. Always helpful and polite. The house was ready when we arrived and there is no noise or mess nearby. I definitely recommend it for moments of rest and joy. 🥰

We spent a carnival holiday on site and could not have been a better experience. From the beginning, with the contact of co-host Marjorie, we were well received and the instructions on entering the condominium were clear. On site, we were received by Ângela, a resident of the condominium who assists the owners with the check-in. Ângela was very friendly, it gave us several recommendations of places to eat and visit, as well as instructing us with the comforts of the condominium, which is very large. We need, during the stay, to talk to Marjorie and, even though it was a carnival holiday, the answer came quickly. The house is great and also has new air-conditioning in all the rooms. It has 2 large refrigerators and one more beer, able to accommodate drinks of 9 people peacefully. The condominium is very beautiful, clean and wooded, with tour options for people of all ages. Recommended!

Very well organized and clean house. The site is very quiet with several outdoor activities and the exceptional club. The Naiane that intermediated was very attentive, as was Daniela. The house would not have a better name that Daniela chose, Casa de Paz. I highly recommend, my experience was very good.

A tranquil swimming pool is framed by greenery, with a shallow ledge at one side. The surrounding area is well-lit, enhancing the evening ambiance. A clear sky transitions from soft pink to deep blue as the sun sets in the background.

First my congratulations on the property, my stay was 3 months and a week I know very well! Great apartment, well located, super equipped, decorated, very clean and great hospitality and warmth. Type of rental that does not exist in Piraju The listing is perfect and everything is in agreement when I arrived! During the stay, I always request and help with many things and even with referrals outside of Airbnb's service. Additional: It has recyclable collection, which is hard to see. The apartment is close to all kinds of shops, which makes the stay 100% easier. All the employees of the condominium were solicitous and polite during these 11 incredible days I spent in Lençóis. The house is as described in the photos and Marco was very kind and helpful, from the delivery of the key to the various treats that were quite useful lol. It felt like home and will definitely be back.

My stay was just amazing! Tábata was super attentive from the first contact, always available to answer questions and make sure everything was perfect. The property was impeccably clean, well decorated and very cozy – just like in the photos (or even better!). The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. I felt at home throughout the stay and would definitely come back without a second thought. I recommend it 100%!

The bathroom features a shower with a glass enclosure, a toilet, and a sink with a dark countertop. Natural light is provided by a window, and a towel is hung on a hook near the shower. Neutral tiles cover the walls and floor.
