My experience at Silvana's apartment was great. The view from the apartment was one of the highlights. The listing description and photos are true to reality and the building has a very good structure, with a very practical and easy check-in. Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy, but just close the door, which seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well inside the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. Spacious apartment, with two bedroom suites and all with air conditioning. Kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils we need. Very clean apartment, very good condominium, very clean and safe. The listing images match what is advertised. Recreation area for children and adults. Another thing I loved, is that inside the condominium there is also a grocery store where you can buy everything you need right there, without having to travel to do your shopping, which makes it much easier. I also couldn't fail to mention Adenilson, who was very helpful. I didn't know him personally, but he was a good person, and whenever I talked to him, he responded quickly. In short, our accommodation was excellent and I will definitely return.
