Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. Thank you very much, Nice, for all your care with me and my family. You're ahead of the curve. We'll be back!

Just to summarize the situation, I have rented several houses in Brazil but I have never seen such a beautiful and well-finished house... it is simply perfect! The space, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms equipped with their sheets, the bathrooms with their towels and bath products, the pool, the barbecue area, the proximity to the beach. In addition to all these qualities, we must highlight the attention of the owners Flávia and Bram, always available at any time, the relationship ceases to be between the customer and the rental company and becomes simply friendly. We thank you again a thousand times for your wonderful welcome and your kindness and it is clear and certain that we will return to this house with its unique charm.

The house is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. Well-ventilated, clean and fragrant house. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Exactly as we wanted. We'll be back more often for sure.

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

Everything was perfect, the instructions were clear for using everything and entering the building and the hosts got back to me within minutes the two times I asked a question. Worth it. Great area at Aldeota, close to everything.

Great beds, very strong hot and cold water showers. Located in front of Porto das Dunas beach and next to Beach Park. Warm pool, pool with a very nice current. Anyway, just happy and joyful moments with my family. I'll be back for sure. Congratulations to the great hosts. The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing

I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk and the beach park. I loved my stay, the apartment is very beautiful with an amazing view, full kitchen, clean apartment, impeccable bed and bath linens. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk to. The stay was perfect! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, functional, well located, furnished and decorated with very good taste. The building staff are very polite and attentive. The neighborhood is very charming, mixing traditional buildings with others of modern architecture, with great green spaces for walking.
