Apartment vacation rentals in Aguadulce

Fue una estadía corta, de solo un día, ya que estábamos de paso hacia Dénia. Nos gustó mucho el departamento

El alojamiento es un 10 sobre 10. En primera línea de playa y con unas vistas increíbles. El piso es muy grande, estaba limpísimo, muy bien equipado (cocina con todo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, gel y champú). La terraza coge todo el ático y tiene bastante barbacoa. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido en todo momento muy fácil y rápido. La verdad es que no se puede pedir más a un apartamento vacacional.

An excellent, well appointed apartment, which was spotlessly clean. The apartment was easy to find & we were met on arrival by Noelia, who familiarised us with the apartment. The apartment block was well maintained and the communal areas clean & tidy. The apartment was very well located within easy walking distance of shops, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, with the beach nearby. Off road parking was available. We particularly liked the extra touches, of useful household items including cleaning materials, being available. We had an excellent stay and would recommend the apartment to others. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return again soon.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

Lien et Gino sont des hôtes proactifs aux petits soins, de l'arrivée à votre départ. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis et conseillé sur le stationnement en ville. Le logement est vraiment idéal, conforme en tout point à la description qui est faite. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La terrasse vue mer est un plus qui nous a permis de nous relaxer quelques jours pendant notre tour de l'Andalousie. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. 5⭐

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..

Apartamento reformado con todo nuevo, hemos estado muy agusto.

El apartamento está genial,con equipamiento de alta calidad,el sofá y la cama comodísimos,cocina con todo lo necesario,super limpio y con detalles especiales como sombrilla y toallas de playa.Belen fue súper amable y flexible con el horario de entrada y salida.Ademas esta cerquísima andando de la playa y en una zona tranquilísima,no se oia un ruido ni fuera ni de vecinos.Lo recomiendo 100%!!

Fantastisch apartement. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben enorm genoten van het appartement. We verbleven er zes dagen en we zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen. Dichtbij het strand en de supermarkt. Echt een aanrader 10/10

Apartamento estupendo con terraza (con ducha) en el edificio. Acceso super facil a la playa (que no es de arena fina). Communicacion super facil con Rocio :-)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Noelia et son mari! Ils ont été très gentils et réactif. Le logement est très spacieux et la résidence très calme , parfait pour se détendre. Les équipements (piscines et salle de sport) sont un vrai plus ! Je recommande à 100%

I had an absolutely great stay at this apartment. Marta did everything necessary to get me checked in efficiently and including the garage parking which for me is a must for my motorcycle. The location couldn’t be better you are a 2 minute walk to the beach and yet the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Completely recommend staying here.

Nerea se portó maravilloso con nosotros, muy amable y con muy buena disposición, responde los mensajes muy rápido y nos encantó el depto con muy buena ubicación.

We zijn 7 nachten geweest. Het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en goed onderhouden. Op de kleinste details is gelet. Daniel heeft ons opgewacht en wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Hij is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar en reageert direct op berichten. De locatie is super omdat je aan de buitenkant van de stad zit en enerzijds vrij snel op de snelweg bent en anderzijds op 15 min lopen van het strand zit. De oude binnenstad is ongeveer 35 min lopen. Zoals Daniel in zijn advertentie heeft beschreven, is de inpandige ondergrondse garageplaats, alleen geschikt voor een kleine auto. Wij hebben een Citroën Picasso C4 en deze is te groot. Maar dit is geen probleem omdat er altijd gratis in de wijk kan worden geparkeerd. We hebben de auto altijd aan de overkant van het appartement aan de grote straat kunnen parkeren. We kunnen deze host en locatie ten zeerste aanbevelen en hopen er nog een keer terug te komen. Groet John en Kitty

La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares y está a 10 minutos de la playa.Pasamos unos días muy a gusto .

La Maria és encantadora i molt atenta en tot moment. no hi ha pàrquing al davant pero buscant en trobes. L apartament és agradable es dorm molt bé, i està molt aprop de la platja amb el nostre gosset ha estat fantàstic!! Moltes gràcies Maria fins aviat!!

La casa es preciosa, tiene dos terrazas muy amplias y con espacios verdes ideales para salir de la monotonía.

Le logement était tel que dans l'annonce. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Les voisins charmant et convivial. Tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien et le jacuzzi sur le le toit terrasse en met plein la vue 🤩. Un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous avons passé 10 jours et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Nous avons été conseillé par Carol pour nous rendre aux café des amis à Aguadulce et vraiment je recommande +++ Un grand merci pour ce séjour et votre accueil.

Zuleima är verkligen en superhost som gjorde allt för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna och ha det bra under vår vistelse.

Nos quedamos en esta casita en almeria unos dias y la verdad muy bien. la casa estaba muy limpia, el anfitrion nos dejo llegar incluso antes al apartamento lo cual se agradece , siempre contesto amablemente mis preguntas o cual quier duda que tuviese con rapidez. bastante agradable la zona. sin duda repetiremos 😀

Ha sido una estancia fantástica, el apartamento estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario. Está muy cerca de la playa, las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles con el mar de fondo. Las instalaciones son excelentes. Vanessa ha sido una anfitriona excelente muy amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitara.
