Everything was great and very good communication with José Maria, very friendly and approachable.

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

An excellent, well appointed apartment, which was spotlessly clean. The apartment was easy to find & we were met on arrival by Noelia, who familiarised us with the apartment. The apartment block was well maintained and the communal areas clean & tidy. The apartment was very well located within easy walking distance of shops, pharmacy, restaurants and bars, with the beach nearby. Off road parking was available. We particularly liked the extra touches, of useful household items including cleaning materials, being available. We had an excellent stay and would recommend the apartment to others. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return again soon.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

A magnificent apartment with a special view of the most beautiful area of the Paseo Marítimo de Almería. You go down the stairs of the building and you are practically on the beach. Free beach with free working showers available to all. The managers Gino and Lien are fantastic and very helpful people with whom we have also created a great friendship. We spent 4 unforgettable days in total relaxation. Rating 10/10. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

My family and I had a great stay. Jose was very responsive and helpful. He came back late at night when we had trouble with the door key. Everything worked out! The condo is huge and much larger than the photos. The balcony view is gorgeous. Everything was great.

Fantastic apartment. My wife and I greatly enjoyed the apartment. We stayed there for six days and we have completely relaxed. Close to the beach and the supermarket. Recommended 10/10.

We loved our stay at this home. The location is excellent, in a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for resting. The views from the terrace are spectacular, perfect for enjoying both day and sunset. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The decor is nice and cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Cleaning products are included. We thought it was very nice to find a bottle of fresh water in the refrigerator when we arrived. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, with a table, chairs and a hammock. The apartment includes practical details such as an iron and beach chairs. Parking in the same block is very convenient, and the facilities (gym and indoor and outdoor pools) are in perfect condition. The host was very friendly and the whole process was very easy.

Staying at Justo's was awesome! The apartment was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly located – just minutes from the city center. Justo was a friendly and helpful host who responded to messages promptly. Would definitely come back and can only recommend the place

We loved our stay at Noelia and her husband's place! They were very kind and responsive. The accommodation is very spacious and the residence is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The amenities (swimming pools and gym) are a real plus! I would recommend it 100%

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. We highly recommend this host and location and hope to return again. Greetings John and Kitty

The house is beautiful, it has two very spacious terraces and green spaces ideal for getting out of the monotony.

The place was as advertised. Safe, quiet residence. Lovely and friendly neighbors. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing and the hot tub on the rooftop terrace was full of views🤩. A very responsive and friendly host. We spent 10 days and we'll be back without hesitation. We were advised by Carol to go to the friends' cafe in Aguadulce and really I recommend +++ Big thanks for your stay and your hospitality.

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was impeccable, with everything you need. It is very close to the beach, the views from the terrace are incredible with the sea in the background. The facilities are excellent. Vanessa has been an excellent host very kind and attentive to anything she needed.
