Vacation rentals with lake access in Agios Nikolaos

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

Wir haben unglaublich schöne drei Wochen in der Villa Olga verbracht. Zusammen mit meinem Mann und meiner 10 Monate alten Tochter konnten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen und den Urlaub sofort genießen. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Straße, aber das stört nicht. Die Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sind super und das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, von Musikbox, TV, Küchengeräten, etc. war alles da. Die Küchenausstattung hat uns besonders gefallen, da wir gerne viel kochen und dies war hier bei Olga auf jeden Fall möglich. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach, die Außendusche im "Garten" und den Luxus von 2 Bädern hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht und den Abschied um so schwerer. Wir können Olgas Villa wärmstens empfehlen und hoffen im kommenden Jahr vielleicht wieder Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus machen zu können:)

Liebe Kallia, Danke dir noch mal, dass du uns in deinem zauberhaften Haus am Ende der Welt hast wohnen lassen. 😊 Wir haben die Zeit bei dir sehr genossen. Wer eine sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. In Sitia findet man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein Lidl ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Danke für alles. Amazing stay in your accommodation and the village of Avdou, couldn't recommend the house enough, very clean and lovely bedding and towels! Courtyard was lovely private space to sit and relax together with family. Lovely friendly village we were given lovely cake from one of the neighbours. We will defiantly back to stay! Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage mit dieser schönen Aussicht direkt auf das Meer war hervorragend! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Kindern hat es auch super gefallen. Wir konnten uns immer an Karolos wenden und er hat uns super Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Wir hatten von 26.08.24 bis 10.09.24 einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Wir kamen an und wollten erst einmal schauen, was vorhanden ist und was wir eventuell noch kaufen müssten. Es waren Eis Akkus vorhanden, Filter für die Kaffeemaschine, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, einige Pads für die Waschmaschine, Aluminium Folie usw. Das Bett war frisch bezogen und Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett gab es auch. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Die Spülmaschine war nicht in Betrieb, was uns jedoch nicht störte, da wir jeden Tag nur wenig zu spülen hatten mit zwei Personen. Direkte Nachbarn haben einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles findet für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir sind jedoch jede Woche zum 10 Minuten entfernten Lidl gefahren. Der Strand ist Zufuss fünf Minuten entfernt. Der voulisma Beach ist ein Sand Strand. Auf der linken Seite des Strandes befinden sich Liegen für 15 Euro pro paar, auf der rechten Seite für 25. Klimaanlage lief perfekt. Ruhige Lage im Ort.

Nadine house was lovely, right on the beach and 100m from shops and restaurants. Our flight was delayed by 4 hrs and Constantina was super helpful and left the keys somewhere nice and easy. She always responded straight away to any questions, gave very helpful advice on places to eat and things to do. The house was lovely, clean tidy, good amount of utensils for cooking. We were lucky enough to have been left a cake, honey, home grown oranges, raki and olives. All seriously delicious. There were 4 of us and the house was easily large enough and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and Constantina as a host.

Our stay at Maria's place went well beyond our expectations!! Maria is a fabulous host that meets you upon check and really gives you the run down with a map of the best things to do in Eastern Crete. She also makes the place warm and welcoming with little treats upon your arrival. The apartment was so cute and clean, the pictures in the listing don't do it justice! The view from the balcony is better than any other view you will get in the area, I was blown away. My husband and I spent way more time sitting enjoying the breeze and the view than I would have originally thought. Don't hesitate on booking this apartment, you will be glad you did. Thanks again Maria, we will see you back in Crete again because of this stay!

We had a wonderful time at Christina's place from the start. She greeted us at parking and helped with getting our stuff to the apartment which was super appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. There is a fully equipped kitchen and we were grateful of the many coffee capsules available for us! The gem of the home is the balcony with a sea view (there are also some houses, but that was charming as there is a lemon tree underneath and you can get a glimpse of the local life as well) that opens to the bedroom and the living room. There are toys and games for children if needed. We loved staying in Agios Nikolaos - the promenade is beautiful, there are beaches within walking distance or a short drive and we had great food!

Appartement moderne très propre et impeccable, au plein centre de Agios Nikolaos. Bien équipé, literie confortable, à la fois le lit et le canapé lit du salon où ont dormi mes deux enfants. Climatisation efficace et silencieuse. Entrée automatisée par code. Lave linge et lave vaisselle. En somme, appartement idéal pour visiter à pieds Agios Nikolaos. Pour la voiture (nous avions une voiture de location), il y a un parking proche à 8€ les 24 heures, qui était très bien, sinon c’est compliqué de se garer dans la rue. La communication avec le propriétaire via la messagerie AirBnB a été impeccable.

Everything was good! Well-equipped apartment and an excellent host! We recommend with confidence!

Lovely views from the terrace of the harbour and the daily comings and goings. Felt like we were in the heart of the town but with a private outdoor space. Inside was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Joanna was very helpful and responsive. Great value and recommended.

Fantastic apartment, just in the city center with a fantastic view to the lake. It is placed right on the pedestrian street. All you need in walking distance. Gianna was a brilliant host, helpful and quick to response. Can only recommend Gianna and the apartment.
