Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

The sea is completely sandy, there are no stones, etc. All tiny houses are located very close to the sea. There is a dining table in front of each house, and a natural gazebo and large table in the common area. It offers a peaceful, sheltered, natural and isolated holiday with 24/7 security.
