I had the most incredible stay here and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The place looked exactly like the photos, if not even better. Everything was immaculate and felt brand new. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that a cleaning service was included in the price during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with coffee and a selection of local treats, which was a thoughtful touch. The entire space was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing, and the automatic blinds did a fantastic job of blocking out the sun during the day. The pool area was equally impressive, well-maintained, and featured very comfortable sun loungers. An unexpected delight was the presence of adorable cats around the property; they were all friendly and added an extra layer of charm to our experience. This has been the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The host was incredibly friendly!!! Would recommend :)

Accommodation as described, a few minutes' walk to the beach, shops, restaurants... Warm welcome even at a late hour, Nektaria is a very nice, helpful, responsive and discreet woman. Always very attentive to vacationers, very pleasant stay. The accommodation is located a few kilometers from La Canée where it is pleasant to walk in the pedestrian streets of the historic center, very good small restaurants, close to cactus, roka, our favorite on the beaches cj beach deckchair and parasols and me gusta, excellent restaurant for a dinner by the beach with sunset and dishes with excellent flavors. The only small negative point, a microwave in the accommodation would be a plus. Thanks again to Nektaria for her kindness. 🌸

We received a lovely welcome, a very friendly gentleman who immediately offered to contact him for any questions during our stay. And what was our astonishment when we discovered in the fridge a tray of freshly cut fruit and various drinks. Very clean and well-equipped house, with a spacious terrace in a quiet environment.

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!
