This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is quiet and has a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all a nice house for a relaxing holiday on the beach.

Four of us, two couples, spent a very enjoyable week at Roula's stone cottage. A special and stunning location and suspect a rare opportunity to spend time in a traditional style house in a rural cretan mountain village. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. May be better suited to a family stay as the downstairs room has no separate access to bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location immensely- great to getup and have breakfast outside with the fresh air and distant sound of goat bells. We travelled to Chania or the beaches along the coast every day and certainly didn't find the village too remote to do so. Nearby Tavernas and gorge walk are a must. Roula, along with her mother, were always quick, helpful and generous when questions were asked and supplied us with eggs and oranges and some home cooked food. Surely one of the best hosts I've experienced on airbnb. Would gladly return.

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

The hosts were warm and generous like we’ve never experienced. In addition to the stunning home, they did little things you don’t expect (like olive oil, tsipouro and wine from their orchards). The location is stunning with a view of sunrise AND sunset. We went off season, so the award winning butcher at the bottom of the hill was a big plus, as was the nice grocery store. The top of the bluff to the home would be a challenge for a car larger than our VW T-ROC. Don’t miss the church and WWII War Memorial within a short walk. It’s rare that what we expected was exceeded by what we experienced. This is likely the best property in Platanias with awesome hosts. Book now!!

This is a very special apartment that has a view like no other. It’s the perfect home base to explore Chania and the region. I especially enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. There are many green grocers and farmer’s markets to procure the best Cretan produce and enjoying your meals with that incredible view. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and John is a superb host. He is not only thoughtful, he’s very proactive. The best experience I’ve had with Airbnb. He should be called a super, super host!

My wife and I came for one night at Chania, Litsa's place was a perfect match for us! it's 10 minutes of slow walk from the craudy center, placed in side street that was so peaceful and quiet:) The apartment is one of the most equipped bnbs that I saw, the attention to details and thought of the person who stayed was incredible. there is a streamer so you can watch YouTube, Netflix or prime plus. Litsa was super responsive and communicative, even helped us with good words in a hard personal situation. we recommend Litsa's place to everyone!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Chania. Elina was responsive, a generous host, and gave some amazing recommendations! The apartment is clean and stocked for everything you will need for your stay. It is incredibly spacious and private. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay as a group and felt very comfortable. We lacked nothing and the reception with Greek specialties was incredible. The view of the sea, the private parking lot and a supermarket downstairs made the stay perfect. We would have liked to extend, "unfortunately" you are booked so far in advance that we simply had a stroke of luck with the spontaneous booking. Absolute recommendation!

We stayed week here and we would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore chania by walking or renting a car. Not loud at night so easy to sleep. Only short walk to shops and restaurants. Free parking area with many spots usually available only short walking distance from the house. The streets around the house were allmost allways full of cars. Working A/C in all rooms. Nice backyard for relaxing morning coffees. All the rooms look like in the pictures. Recommended!

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

My girlfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 7 nights, we found the apartment perfect for what we had planned for our holiday. The staff were extremely helpful and replied to messages and calls promptly when we needed them. I would recommend this apartment to anyone considering it.

Accommodation that kept all its promises, cleanliness and breathtaking views as a bonus. We had a more than perfect stay and thank our host again for the quality of the service. We 100% recommend this place as a starting point for visiting the West of Crete!

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

We loved our stay at the Revekka Apartments. Location was great. Beach was within walking distance along with so many restaurants and places to shop and the surroundings were beautiful. Parking on site was so, so convenient. If you plan on cooking during your stay just know you'll need to buy basic spices and condiments.

Great location, can walk to many places, there is a good cafe nearby Convenient space space The host was very nice!Very prompt and responsive!Allowed us to check in early😃 and also allowed us to park for a while after check-out. This is really good (because it is difficult to find a parking space on the road nearby) This building is new and has a nice elevator The room is also very clean and cozy. It is fully equipped. There is also complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator. The bathroom has a full-length mirror. The bedroom has a makeup mirror. The hot water is very warm. The bedroom lights are also very bright. I like it here ~ You can hear a little bit of traffic from the bedroom, but it's acceptable. It's just that I'm a light sleeper, so I noticed this. Overall, I highly recommend this place

Our stay in Chania was wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and the outdoor areas are beautiful. Ioanna was very accessible and friendly.

We loved our stay here! It is in a great location. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. It also has an incredible view of the harbor from the balcony. The host made sure the property was very clean, provided some welcome gifts, and responded promptly when we locked ourselves out on accident! Would gladly stay here again!

We had a great time at Nikos' place. The view is incredible, you want to spend your days on the balcony! The bedding is comfortable, and there is everything available for a very nice stay. Nikos was very welcoming and discreet, he recommended a place to park easily and reach the center of Chania on foot, which was very convenient! In short, we really enjoyed our vacation at this place and recommend it 100%. Thank you Nikos!

Amazing stay in Chania at Nikos and Maria’s home. The apartment looks just like the photos with everything you could need. 23 minute walk to the city centre was perfect for us as a young couple and there’s always parking available. Massive balcony as well which is a nice addition. Overall lovely place and even nicer host who was always on hand to help out with local recommendations and info. Would stay here again.
