L'ingresso è molto riservato, da un androne con un'ampia scala si accede all'appartamento, composto da due grandi ambienti, cucina/soggiorno e soggiorno/letto, corridoio e bagno. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
