The house consists of an entrance hall, kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, a new bathroom and two bedrooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. Small townhouse with private entrance and terrace, located in the oldest street in Aabenraa, Slotsgade. The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. In addition, there is an alcove with a good mattress

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom. The workspace will be moved to the bedroom, and a bed will be added.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Our cozy cottage is 32m2, so just a "tiny house". Free WiFi and access to Netflix. Free use of towels, toilet paper, kitchen roll and hand soap. It is built in the right wing of our house. Suitable for up to 4 people. There are some board games for a rainy day. Use "hos os" as a base to explore (southern) Denmark. Leaflets from the area and an information folder are available in the house. For children: trampoline, tree house, go-karts, etc.

Holidays on the North Sea

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll farm! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian Marschland. The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border.
