In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

The cottage is in a quiet and good area and only 400 meters to the nice sandy beach in Olofsbo. It is bright and open with living room, kitchen, toilet with shower and two bedrooms. There is a large wooden deck and several patios for both morning sun and evening sun. There is access to both barbecue and two bikes. Walking distance to restaurant, grocery store, pizzeria, pub, campsites and marina. A wonderful place!
