Vacation rentals with a patio in Agarvada

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

I stayed with my family at Manjul’s place for 2 nights. The location was great, near the beach ( 5min drive). The house was neat clean, caretaker was always there, and had all the required amenities. Also the pool was great. Thanks for hosting us, Manjul.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The duplex is absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and located in a peaceful society that made our trip even more relaxing. The serene surroundings and cozy interiors made it hard for us to leave! A special mention to Bharti didi, who was incredibly sweet and took great care of us. She truly made our stay extra special. Shalvika, our host, was fantastic—always in touch, coordinating everything seamlessly, and ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. The only small downside was that the pool wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and the society’s pool rules were quite strict, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted. But honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. If you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and homely stay in Goa, this is the place to be! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb, nestled in the heart of nature. Every morning, the sweet sound of birds chirping gently woke me up, creating a peaceful, refreshing start to the day. The property itself was perfectly serene, surrounded by lush greenery that made me feel fully connected to the natural world. It was a place where you could truly breathe and feel alive, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and experience the calming beauty of nature!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.
