We loved every minute of our stay. Just big enough for 2 adults and our dog. We loved being outside in the private garden, watching the sea with a glass of wine. The dog loved it too, it was very safe and secure. 45mins flat walk, into the town of Barmouth, via the useful instructions left by Hayley. We ate at Dylans (15mins walk, turn right on the main road) and Bay View (6mins walk turn left on the main road) would recommend both, we didn't book and got a table but I would think you'd need to book during high season. Fantastic stay and we will definitely book to come back.

The Cowboys hut was a beautifully made hut in an idyllic location. Danna left a lovely welcome hamper on arrival and the hut was clean and tidy. The log fire kept us toasty and we would love to visit again.

I have stayed at Gilwern several times, and as with each previous occasion I found Emma had made a huge effort to ensure the accommodation was very comfortable and well presented. I love the views, the peace and quiet, and always enjoy trying to find a fossil in the quarry. I will hope for another return trip in a year or two.

Amazing place! Unbelievable amount of effort has gone into the craftsmanship of the huts and the whole area of beautifully landscaped gardens and woodlands. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Barnutopia was our 1st glamping experience and a wonderful one too. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised by the wonderful time we had. The yurts were lovely, the site had fully equipped kitchen, clean restrooms and we could setup fire pits every night. We even met some lovely families. The place was gorgeous with beautiful views. Being able to have a coffee outside on the tables was my favorite part. Katrina was such a helpful and lovely host. She even brought out some toys for the little ones. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed holiday.

A truly delightful stay! The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. We arrived to find fresh eggs, milk, orange juice, and a delicious homemade slice of cake — such a lovely and generous welcome. The space was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway.

Excellent stay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and Carol & Dom were such lovely people to meet! The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Waking up to the Peacock calls and the birds singing was just a DREAM! The best part was Carol let us feed the alpacas. 100% the highlight of our night away! 100% would recommend to anyone! Thanks again guys!! X

Was a beautiful location and so peaceful was lovely to wake up to the view of the sheep. Was so nice to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life. Little girl loved the sheep she was there with them as much as she could. Already looking when to come back.

myself and my partner had a great weekend stay! Amanda was so helpful with local recommendations and was always available if needed. The hut itself is such a cute little homely space and is tucked away so is super quiet. Everything was as described in the listing and was everything we needed. We had a gorgeous time relaxing and recharging at the gorgeous shepherd’s hut. The pictures don’t do justice to how secluded and peaceful the space is - we felt like we were the only people in the world! Sian and her family were an absolute delight, so friendly and welcoming as well as being flexible. They allowed us to stay all day as they had no one in the day we were leaving, and were very flexible with a lasts minute request. Very informative on the local area but also left us to enjoy it. The place is definitely an outdoor vibe and therefore don’t expect complete polished luxury, but you have everything you need it’s very cute and at one with nature. The experience more than makes up for it. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and welcoming stay. Thank you!

I couldn't make my stay to this properly I had to cancel last minute as my young child was ill. So can only comment on Mike as a communicator. All my messages were answered quickly and kindly. The directions provided to the property looked very clear. Everything else I have based on the countless other reviews I have seen here.

Lovely little hut had everything you need. Very comfy bed. Great views. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Spectacular little place to stay if visiting anywhere near Newborough/on isle of Anglesey. Paula & Phil clearly take pride in keeping this place clean and welcoming for guests and it shows! Arriving pretty late in the evening Paula greeted us to show us around etc which was really helpful. Communication before & throughout the stay was impeccable, offering loads of advice on places to go/see, tide times over at Llandwynn island. 10/10 few nights away would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute little hideaway!

Wonderfully peaceful location. Sitting outside by the stream in the evenings with a glass of wine and listening to the birdsong was the perfect way to end some busy days at Hay Festival (which was a pleasant 25 min drive through lovely scenery on very quiet roads). Superb hosts, helpful and responsive. The hut had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend!

We stayed at the Shepherds Hut for two nights whilst attending a wedding nearby. Russell was really friendly and welcoming, and responsive. The hut was beautiful, very well thought out and you can tell it’s been looked after. All the little touches really make a difference. The hut was also really clean and fresh. It was so peaceful and we loved seeing the horses in the morning. The location was beautiful! We didn’t get to explore as much as we’d like but we’d love to visit again and explore more. We got slightly lost on the way but then saw that Russell had added the what three words to the instructions and we found it easily then. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A truly lovely and peaceful retreat, tucked away in a beautiful spot surrounded by trees and bushes. The outdoor hammocks and bath are absolute highlights — taking a warm open-air shower followed by relaxing in a hammock was pure bliss. Absolutely loved the experience. 5 stars!

This is our second visit to Meleri's shephards Hut. When we walked in it was spotless and smelt so fresh. We felt so relaxed and at home. Meleri supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are out of this world and the walk up the moutain which is just behind the hut takes your breath away. Meleri has done an amazing job keeping the Hut immaculate. The shephards hut is only a short drive away from Abersoch and the beach is fab if you want a little stroll. We can not wait to come back.

Unfortunately we were not able to make the most of this amazing little place as we arrived late and had to leave early to start a charity walk of the ceredigion coast. We hope to return to enjoy this beautiful place, a real place to relax and escape.

We let ourselves in through the gate as instructed and parked up, Beth came out to greet us and show us around, The hot tub was still filling so the water is definitely changed between every visit. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils and the views are stunning, We stayed for 1 night only but wished we stayed longer, Will definitely return for a longer stay to take in the beautiful surroundings. Thank You Beth for a lovely and relaxing trip x

What an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful accommodation in the most peaceful surroundings. The hut was immaculate with plenty of facilities. Sitting in the hot tub with the most amazing views has been delightful. An absolute must to visit to recharge the batteries. Highly recommend this lovely hut - We will definitely return.

We had an excellent stay here! the hut was extremely clean and tidy, and so was the bathroom. It was easy to find thanks to the detailed description and was very peaceful.
