There is also a small courtyard from which you can access the laundry. 5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

The suite is a few dozen meters from the center, accessible by public transport, surrounded by greenery for family activities, panoramic, bright and very well exposed. It has a ceiling with exposed beams, a balcony for dining overlooking the lake, a panoramic veranda with a characteristic rocking chair for relaxing moments. It is suitable for families with children and small pets. If you are a cyclist, biker or sportsman, you can use the storage for your equipment/motorcycle.

From here you get to the kitchen-living room with dining table and wood-burner stove. On the first floor is the living room and on the 2nd floor is two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and Monte Baldo. In the morning, the room is flooded with sunshine.

All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.
