It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

The rooftop terrace features a pergola draped with soft fabric, providing a cozy shaded area. Two lounge chairs are positioned for relaxation, with ambient lighting illuminating the surroundings. Potted plants are placed along the railing, while lanterns cast a warm glow as twilight settles in.

Located in the heart of Aegina town, 5 min walk from the port, near the market and 10 min walk from the closest beach. This luminous studio (30 sq.mt ) totally renovated, located in a safe area near the island nightlife. In the back of the studio you can relax in the private patio to enjoy your breakfast and evening drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, oven as well as washing machine and with many other electrical appliances. The place is air conditioned.
