The apartment is in a large private villa only 100 m away from the sea and the promenade of the resort with the main traditional port with many restaurants, cafes, bars, meat and fish shops and tourist shops. At the same building there are also two more apartments Aeginia 1 and Aeginia 2

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.
