This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Close to all services. There is a public boat launch 2 minutes away that is very easy to access. Ancestral house located in the heart of Vallée-Jonction village. Quiet and peaceful place. You occupy the entire first floor (a rental loft is housed on the 2 nd floor). The displayed price is for 2 people - 1 bedroom, if you want 2 bedrooms you must enter 3 people to get the price of 2 bedrooms. A small folding bed is also available for a fee. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
