The apartment is located in a quiet street without much traffic,surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. It is located in the family house,has its own free parking,TV, washer, air conditioning, wifi, a large yard with also a seating area,socializing as well as various games for children, it also has the option of using a barbecue. The beach is a 5-minute walk away,as well as the center and restaurants. Welcome

I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Tiramola East Loft - Old Town - Parking

New and cozy double bed Loft Room with private bathroom, located in a renovated, 600 years old stone house in the center, (pedestrian area), of Trogir Old Town. The house is renovated in modern style with a touch of interested details... IMPORTANT NOTICE: This unit is on two floors as you can see on the photos and it is necessary to climb the stairs to get from the living area to the sleeping area. This is especially important for elderly people or people with limited mobility!

On the first floor a room with doublebed and bunkbed, another room with two single bed, another bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. Apartment reserved for families, groups of young people are not accepted. No pets allowed.
