The entire south wall to the sea is in glass so the space has lots of light and with a balcony makes up one space. The apartment is located on the third floor of the house, which is located near the city center (5 minutes pleasant walk along the sea) and from the balcony has an open view of the sea and the islands since the house is located in the first row by the sea.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. The bed is a sofa, but on the sofa is a new, large (7cm) and very comfortable mattress. You will sleep very well because this is very quiet part of town.
