Apartment Tullio, located in the rooftop of a family house above the Old town is the proud winner of the Home and Design magazine’s award as The Best Attic Apartment in Croatia for 2017. We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Recently restored apartment comprising half an 19th century classically inspired Palazzo situated in the centre of Martina Franca. Finely furnished in the 19th century bourgeois style, it includes all possible modern conveniences. It's the most beautiful town of the Valle d'Itria in the heart of Puglia. Martina is near Alberobello (15 ), Polignano (35), Monopoli (30), Ostuni (25), Locorotondo (6), Cisternino (9), Taranto (30), Grotte di Castellana (30), Lecce (100), Matera (85), Trani (100).

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

The apartment's most remarkable feature is located in the bedroom: an ORIGINAL Roman architectural element connected to the Temple of Jupiter, preserved here for nearly 1,700 years. The Temple of Jupiter is one of the best-preserved Roman temples in the world, and a fragment of this remarkable monument forms part of the apartment itself. History here is not behind glass or inside a museum. It is part of the apartment.
