A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Located in the center and in the Sassi di Matera districts, this 1800s house retains the original structure of the building but is equipped with all modern amenities and air conditioning. It is full of light and offers a fantastic view of the Sassi, which can be enjoyed from the characteristic balcony where you can dine or have breakfast. Both free and paid street parking and paid parking lots are available within a few minutes' walk, which cost from €10 to €25 for the entire day.

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

Villa Ambra, Positano – Apartment Cristiana

The apartments of Villa Ambra are part of a villa up at the top of Positano, at the beginning of the town in the neighbourhood called Chiesa Nuova, a residential area of Positano. The apartments are close to the main road not far from the town-hall of Positano and close to the grocery butcher and fish market shop. Extras are touristic tax, which is 1,50€ per night per person excluded children under 10 y.o. Parking Spot in Villa is 30€ per car per day.
