The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to have relaxation and tranquility and likes to look out of the bedroom window into the greenery.

Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products. The Lille Hus is a small vacation home in Bastorf for 2-4 people. Excursions in the area, such as to Kühlungsborn, only 4 km away, can be reached perfectly on foot or by bike. Lille Hus is decorated in Nordic style and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Since 2025, we also have air conditioning that promises a comfortable room temperature on hot days.
