On approx. 40 m² there is a well-equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle), a bathroom with shower, a living room and bedroom with TV, sofa set and small dining table, a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), a car parking space directly in front of the house.

Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport.
