Красивый дом с садом и внутренним двором, где могут играть дети. Кухня тоже во дворе(но под навесом), что очень приятно летом. Очень гостеприимная и, я бы сказал, душевная семья. Пляж недалеко, но надо переходить автомобильную и железную дорогу. Между центром Батуми и Ботаническим Садом, в целом удачное месторасположение.

Liliana is a very friendly and welcoming host! She also gave us some recommendations on nearby restaurants. The room was rather spacious and included own bathroom. The hotel is five minutes away by foot from the sea. The restaurant across the hotel can have a loud music in the evening. But it didn't disturb us much. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Very lovely and friendly couple. Even though they don’t speak english, they helped us with even organizing taxi and made sure we have a happy stay. Strongly recommended!

If you are looking for a comfortable and elegant place to stay a bit away from the hustle and bustle from Batumi but still comfortably close, then I suggest you consider Edo's. He and his family put a lot of effort in making our stay as easy as possible in terms of checking in and out, communication and extras such as laundry. The room has a lot of privacy - which is not always the case in similar constellations - with a much appreciated annexe equiped bathroom and kitchenette and use of the veranda. On top of this, Edo and his family make you experience the true Georgian hospitality that touches the heart and creates an understanding and appreciation beyond words.

Проживание было комфортным. Апартаменты - просторные, вся необходимая мебель есть. Кухня тоже была оборудована всем необходимым. Недостаток жилья - подниматься по лестнице на третий этаж в здании, которое сейчас нежилое.Было немного шумно днем, когда велись работы по строительству бассейна во дворе. Зато летом гости смогут уже насладиться им))) Хозяева очень приятны в общении, помогали организовать нам экскурсии, давали советы. Наилучшие рекомендации!

Находясь под отличным впечатлением от Грузии и на правах первых жильцов хочу всем порекомендовать эту квартиру. Квартира в новом доме, окна выходят во двор, отличная обстановка, 3 минуты пешком до моря, есть все необходимое для проживания, магазины, кафе, все находится рядом. Очень хорошие хозяева, всегда находились с нами на связи. Ездили к ним в гости в загородный дом, любовались местными красотами, угощались вкусностями. В общем все очень замечательно!

Спасибо большое за прекрасный отдых! Бронировали с учётом тихого района - и не прогадали! Ночью было тихо и спокойно, прекрасно выспались. Для нас было важно, чтобы было тепло, так как зимой в Батуми во многих домах очень прохладно. Но в доме есть центральное отопление, так что мы не замёрзли. Внутри уютно, есть всё необходимое, вайфай очень быстрый. Спасибо большое! Мы получили ровно то, что ожидали.

Место замечательное. Уютный домик со своей небольшой территорией. В самом комплексе много развлечений (аквапарк, кинотеатр, рестораны, бильярд и т.д.) Бассейны входят в стоимость. Море в двух шагах от домика. В самом номере есть все необходимое (посуда, полотенца, утюг, фен, зонты) и самое главное осушитель воздуха. Из-за сильной влажности оказалась просто незаменимая вещь. Анна всегда была на связи, отвечала на все вопросы. Большое спасибо!

Great location, nice apartment and fast landlord. We had an issue with smell for a few days which seems to have been due to a leaking pipe but it was solved. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

Felt like being at a friend house, felt like family. We were proactive to make ourselves feel home and the family welcomed that very much. They made amazing food, Natia is a master chef! Auto is wine master ! Natural ingredients from their chickens and fish and beans. They would offer you a lot if they like you! Very generous, friendly, cozy And people of the surrounding area also very friendly. The waterfall is very near the house and you can see cows everywhere. Water is super clean and hot when wanter.

Nana's house is amazing, it has all you need for long stays. It's very near the sea, you just need to walk a couple of blocks to get there, you have supermarkets near so you won't need to walk a lot to get things. Nana and her family are very friendly, they even had khachapuri prepared for us when we arrived and they also stayed up late to wait for us. Every now and then they shared with us some other Georgian dishes that were delightful! So far the best apartment we lived in since we arrived to Georgia, we really recommend it!

На время отдыха в Батуми с семьёй остановились в апартаментах Амирана. Очень радушные хозяева, помогали по всем вопросам, квартира чистая, уютная, просторная, для троих человек то, что нужно. Есть все необходимое, если что-то понадобится, хозяева всегда готовы помочь , так как живут совсем рядом, месторасположение хорошее- по близости есть большой супермаркет Carrefour, прямо возле дома Магнит, аптеки, свежий хлеб, рядом много кафе, до пляжа пешком минут 10. Нам очень понравилось здесь проживать, хозяева очень тёплые и общительные люди. Всем, кто планирует отдых в Батуми советуем данное жильё !

Gospodarzowi wystawiłem 5 gwiazdek bowiem to fajny człowiek, a miejsce adekwatne do ceny. Zaletą miejsca jest bliskość do wszystkich nadmorskich atrakcji Batumi, przystanek autobusowy tuż obok, niedaleko sklepy, rynek i restauracje w przystępnych cenach. Wystarczy dobrze poszukać. Natomiast jeżeli ktoś szuka bardzo wysokiego standardu kwatery to musi poszukać w wyższych cenach.

I can only recommend it! The host is very welcoming and friendly! If asked she gives good recommendations where to go and she speaks english well (and if she is missing some words, her lovely daughter helps out). Apart from that the room is really clean and comfortable, the kitchen is nice and well equipped and the living room is also cozy. We loved it here and would loved to stay longer if we could.
