Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Just a 5-minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

Approximately 45 minutes drive east of Wagga Wagga in the southwest slopes of the Snowy Mountains. Enjoy the spectacular environment of our farm. Especially our dark night skies. The wrap around verandah allows views on three sides of the home. A perfect spot to create music or art.

The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.
