Enjoy all the Mad River Valley has to offer year round from this central location. Our condo is a sunny, private end unit located on the Sugarbush Access Road, a half mile from Lincoln Peak. It is within minutes to many restaurants and amenities in the valley. There is a free winter shuttle that runs from the condo to Lincoln Peak. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, all linens and a pull out sleeper sofa. The resort offers three pools, a game room, fitness center, hot tubs and courts.

Cross the Mill Brook on a covered bridge to our cozy duplex townhouse with two fully furnished decks. Ski Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, both just a few minutes away, and snowshoe or cross country ski out the back door. When it's warmer, enjoy breathtaking views from our pool, golf the magnificent RTJ designed Sugarbush GC, road and/or mountain bike great local trail systems and gorgeous mountain roads, and hike out the backdoor to a beaver pond or nearby segments of The Long Trail.

Beautiful views of Adirondacks from the spacious yard. Close to Burlington and Middlebury. Next door to Mt. Philo and close to the lake and ferry to NY. Large full kitchen with more than all the essentials. Large flat screen TV in living room with cable. Very private 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 floor apartment. The one full bath is upstairs. The location is directly on route 7. The two bedrooms are private and separated from each other with a study/desk area between them.
